I think the key will be emphasizing the high touch used with the high tech. Build broader business acumen to include the behaviors we use in life, the connection and depth of relationships.

The watering can image definitely reminds me of the importance of creating just the right flow of relational learning experiences, which deeply influence learning. The NOVO Ed learning platform is an exemplar in the social-emotional leadership pathway.
