This graphic really blew me away, and the following quote from the resource linked below.

“Podcasts, however, maintain the value of their content over time. Instead of thinking of podcasts like newspapers, I started thinking of them more like books in an ever growing library. Yes, there is always new content available but the archive contains a wealth of reference knowledge.”
