I have enjoyed opportunities to work in academic, private industry, and government settings as VP of Education/CLO, VP of Technology/CIO, National Leader of Curriculum & Technology Solutions and as the Executive Director of a state-wide nationally known competency-based online program, Learn on Demand. I have extensive corporate and industrial management experience beginning as an instructional designer to leading performance support and instructional design teams globally including high technology, and health-related industries including home health care and insurance. Currently, I’m consulting with a range of organizations developing comprehensive talent staffing and development plans, initiatives focused on workforce development, developing alternative paths to leverage educational resources to help businesses retain and develop their workforce, and creating talent development strategies aligning career pathways with learning ladders.
