As part of the GSB Executive Education team, the Online Learning Manager will deliver online programs to executive learners worldwide. This entails tasks such as setting up courses in the learning platform based on the previous run of the course, scheduling and supporting live sessions with faculty, managing remote contractors who provide content support to the learners, and evaluating the effectiveness of the course over time. The position will collaborate heavily and work cross-functionally.
The successful candidate will be excited to learn and collaborate as part of a driven, diverse team. They will demonstrate customer service, project management and attention to detail, keen analytical skills, data analysis experience, and exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Additionally, they will bring a customer-focused mindset and experience in working with faculty, external clients, or partners. They will thrive in an entrepreneurial and dynamic environment, be effective working both independently and collaboratively, and bring a growth and learning mindset to obstacles and challenges.
This is a full-time position where the work can be performed with the expectation of being onsite 2-5 days per week. Some weekend work may be needed.
