This is a good start to what it takes to be a learning designer. I think many designers forget to spend some time developing their consultative approach. Many companies are shifting their classroom training to digital and don’t understand that it isn’t an apples to apples transition. Instead it is often times an apples to oranges transition. The consultative piece comes into play when we need to explain that the intended/desired effect can still be achieved, but it may need to take a different approach.
