How cognitive biases can influence your training strategy

Cognitive Bias is a complex topic. As learning designers, we should pay attention to some of these biases. Wonderful share @Roxann on a topic we all have/use/design with and around! When working to support learners that lived in different regions and countries that including them in the design process helped bring topics, even semantics, out that could be addressed and aligned.
