The Future of Good Jobs: Projections through 2031 forecasts that the bachelor’s degree pathway will be the dominant route to good jobs in the future despite continued skepticism about the value of a college degree.

My $.02 worth is … yea, maybe. Authors have a vested interest and I’m seeing hiring folks focusing on skills-based capabilities more than degree achievement. Somewhere in the middle and in my crystal ball, the skills will get you the job and the partnership between the institution and the organization will provide the degree that leads to leadership roles and future advancement enabling people to be working learners who advance without being deeply in debt.
