I’m sharing the Udemy 2024 Global Learning & Skills Trends Report as I gaze into trends2024.
What I find interesting is the deeper focus on skills-based work from recruitment to transformational career pathways. Where I see opportunities is where this might lead us away from the organizational chart model of work to a more product/service workflow where teams are put together based on skill need until the need is no longer present only to be reassigned to another project based on the need and their skills.
We will have a stronger need to develop broader learning experiences to enable workers to be prepared for the future of work and we’ll need improved tools to monitor and measure productivity along with workers skillsets in order to gather the right people at the right time to create the solution needed.
