I don’t disagree. Like other tech implementations, organizations are finding out they don’t know how to use the tool of the moment to actually transform their business, so they are going to stop and take a breather.

I don’t think it is going away but, like other tools, organizations have to change their workflows, processes & procedures of they are to realize the value. Great share @MilwJoe
