Interesting report, A simple guide to designing a world-class employee experience program, with some ideas to consider as we think about what engagement will (or should) look like in the evolving hybrid workspace. I see the Q12 as a benchmark of our prior workflow and look for new touchpoints that will matter (and be measured) along a broader, wider, line of the working community going forward.
